Carbon Magazine: So Vered, who is Stella and Lori?
Vered: Our name, “Stella and Lori”, represents the names of our grandmothers. They both, grew up in Europe, moved to Israel, and lived in Tel Aviv, bringing with them the European touch of style and chic. They both loved and appreciated fashion and knew to use it as a tool to express themselves and to strengthen women and femininity.

CM: Which celebrity/designer has become your muse for designing
V: The designers that inspired us the most are without a doubt the Swiss brothers from “Freitag House”. They represent for us- smart, creative and avant-garde design – out of the box design. They use materials remote from the fashion world and yet they manage to turn it fashionable, now that is pure genius.

 CM: With a fitting name comes an incredible collection; what has inspired some of your summer pieces?
V: We love the Neon trend. It’s refreshing and sophisticated. We have various items in neon and some are monochromatic with a neon twist.

CM: What sets Stella and Lori apart from other bag-selling brands?
V: Our creation, reflect our deep passion for quality, style, and aesthetics. Our leather goods are made from high-quality raw material, superior stitching and professional craftsmanship. The leather we use, in the products, is not manufactured or perfect. We preserve its individuality, as a result – each product is unique and exceptional.
