Beauty Box: L’Oreal Sublime Sun Spray Sunscreen

As a person who has incredibly pale skin, the idea of spending hours out in the sun can be a little frightening. Not that I don’t love soaking up the sunshine, I just fear the redness and peeling that is often associated with it. And ok, I also have extreme anxiety about skin cancer and wrinkles (as everyone should!). So when summertime comes, I stock up on the sunscreen.

I’ve never found any particular faults with past sunscreens that I’ve used, because to me, as long as I didn’t burn, I was happy. However, I recently scored a whole swag bag of L’Oreal Sublime Sun sunscreen from our friends over at Life2PointOh, and was pleased with what I had won.

The whole line is great, but what I really love is the spray sunscreen. It’s easy to apply and helps you reach those hard to reach areas when you are sunbathing solo. You simply mist it on, rub it in, and enjoy your day at the beach. It’s great in that it’s really light-weight and not at all sticky. It has that slight sunscreen scent to it, but not enough to make it overbearing. An added bonus to using it, is that is seems to give you a bit of sparkle. Not like a stripper sparkle, but more of a beach goddess glow (kind of how J.Lo looks in the ads for it). But the greatest thing about it is that it’s SPF 50, so there’s no chance that those sunny rays will be damaging your skin!
