Fashion News: Whitney Eve to show at New York Fashion Week!
Whitney Port, the fabulous designer of Whitney Eve, has announced that her label will show at New York Fashion Week this February! The label was launched in 2008, and was full of cute party dresses for women and sleek menswear! Her Fall/Winter range will be shown on the 15th of February in The Studio at the Lincoln Centre. Whitney Eve has not shown in NY Fashion Week since 2009 and Port has not shown the collection outside of trade shows until now.
Port explained in a release “My collection has grown so much over the past few years, and the next step for me as a designer was to put on my own runway show,”
“I am so excited to show on schedule as part of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York, and can’t wait to show my new Fall collection on the runway.”
New York Fashion Week takes place from February 9th– 16th 2012. I cannot wait to see what Whitney Eve brings to the runway!
