Fashion News: Muhammad Ali- The New Face of Louis Vuitton
It has been announced that Heavyweight Boxing Champion, Muhammad Ali, has become the new face of Louis Vuitton’s latest Core Values campaign. The new campaign appeared in the press June 15th.
“Muhammad Ali is the epitome of an outstanding personality – a true living legend in boxing and far beyond,” explained Louis Vuitton CEO and Chairman, Yves Carcelle. “We are honored that he agreed to be photographed for the Core Values campaign, and delighted with the way this beautiful portrait of the champion and his grandson captures the idea of transmission, which is of great significance to Louis Vuitton.”
Muhammad Ali was photographed with his grandson by Annie Leibovitz at his home in Arizona. The campaign’s tagline reads, “Some stars show you the way. Muhammad Ali and a rising star. Phoenix, Arizona.”
I think that this is a great campaign, as Muhammad Ali is an inspiration to many people.
