We’ve all seen the adorable heart cut out dresses floating around Pinterest. We’ve decided to bring the heart cut out to the T-shirt. We love the surprise of  of a bare heart when you turn around. This DIY also shows how to do a high-low cut on the shirt. High-low hems are another huge trend we’re seeing on all types of garments. Lucky for us, it’s so easy to do! Here’s how:
