The Style Guru: How to Wear 7 Items in 7 Ways

You don’t have to empty out your savings for fresh new looks this spring.  Invest in a few key pieces that either go with items you already have or with something you intend to buy. There’s no logic in buying twenty orange tops when you have nothing to compliment them.  To have a new look every day, buy something that suits you, and I mean something that suits specifically you, not anyone else.

I’ve picked out seven items to create seven outfits or more. I’ve chosen light pastel colours, as the lighter the hue is, the easier it is to match it up.

A white dress is a timeless garment, and better still, it goes with anything.  If pale colours wash you out, go for a deeper hue or opt for cream instead of white.

Stripes add a little bit of texture to clothes to create a quirky ensemble. Block stripes in pastels are huge for this spring.
