Beauty Box: Neutrogena Triple Action Toner

As I mentioned in a previous post, ever since I moved to a state with a more humid climate, I’ve been in an uphill battle against acne breakouts. I’m used to only getting hormone related pimples, so this has been super frustrating to me and I’ve been trying to find a way to get my skin to calm down. And I finally find a miracle solution: Neutrogena Triple Action Toner.

I have never felt the need to use a toner because I use make-up removing cloths each night and figured those were getting the job done. However, at a recent trip to a spa for a facial, the woman working there told me that I’m probably suffering from the acne because humidity causes the pores to open, trapping dirt and oil deep inside. I needed something that would give my skin a super deep clean, and the make-up remover clothes were only removing surface dirt. I picked this toner up mostly because it looked like it would get the job done, and I made an excellent choice! Ever since I started using it, my skin has been remarkably clearer. In fact, this is the time of month that I typically have insane skin, and I’ve only had one pimple! ONE! It’s a miracle worker! I apply it twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed. It warns that it could dry out your skin, however I’ve noticed if you apply lotion immediately after using it, it counteracts the dryness. I highly recommend this product for anyone suffering from acne!
